Mafias: Bet your Life

Mafias: Bet your Life is a competitive 5v5 strategy game where players collect powerful character cards inspired by notorious criminal organizations from around the world, including the Yakuza, the Italian Mafia, drug cartels, and more. Players build a team of five unique characters, each with their own abilities and strengths, to compete in tactical PvP battles where strategy and team composition are the keys to victory.

The game features a blockchain-powered marketplace where players can purchase character packs using Solana, Polygon, or Ethereum. In addition to battling, players can spectate live matches and place cryptocurrency bets on the winning team, creating a unique ecosystem that blends competitive gaming, digital ownership, and Web3 technology.

Case Study

Our team led the full game development, including gameplay programming, multiplayer systems, backend services, and blockchain integration. We developed the core combat mechanics, team management systems, online infrastructure, and all gameplay features required to deliver a seamless competitive experience across PC and web browsers.

We also built the Web3 marketplace, allowing players to purchase character packs using multiple blockchain networks, and implemented the live spectating and cryptocurrency betting systems that make the game's competitive ecosystem unique.
